DELTA EVENTS WORLD
Nothing unites people like sport, they say. And since we believe that’s true, we took it upon ourselves to go beyond cricket and conceptualize a multi-discipline sports day for our client, with 6 indoor and outdoor sports in a massive open-air venue.
Whether it was ensuring the management of the fields for cricket and football, or making sure that people participating in multiple sports were on
time for their badminton and chess matches, or finalizing the schedule for the table tennis matches vis-à-vis the carrom, we ensured that everyone got to participate in at least 2 sports and that the family members who attended the event also did not go home disappointed.
Curating a family extravaganza that had everything from cotton candy and popcorn to DIY stalls and jumping castles, we made sure that children and adults alike were well-fed and entertained through the day!
The day ended when long after the last groundkeeper had left, the final battle for carrom supremacy was settled and the final team rankings announced! Full tummies, sore muscles, peals of laughter and colleagues-turned-friends, so much to take away from a full day of sporting glory!
